I have been reading all the flipping guides for Nex and SS, 90weaps PC, etc and was wondering if anyone with extensive knowledge could create a thirdage guide.

Third-age is pretty secretive, and not many people know how to flip it (myself included). I don't think that many people who flip third-age will give up their secrets.

The reason there is no guide or fc for third age (That you can enter) - is because it is for very very experienced flippers only. The more people that flip it, the more saturated the market becomes. If it became easy to flip, the margins would not be that good.
