How to move up in the ranks Empty

I'm new here and was just wondering what kinds of things I need to do to move up the ranks on the chat (be able to kick people from the chat and what not). I started PC'in a bunch so hopefully that helps. Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated
 

Im hoping this is the right place to post this if not I'll move it

Pcing, helping people in the chat etc. Although Kick ranks are handpicked so theres never a guarantee you will get it.
